The spacious, airy living room has several French windows leading directly to the garden and looking out at the lake. It has polished wooden floors and elegant sofas. There is a workstation in one corner of the living area, with a wooden desk and another set of French windows leading to a shaded back garden. In a nook, tucked in the far corner of the living room, there is a sofa bed which converts into a comfortable sleeping area.
The large, open-plan kitchen is off the main living area. There is a dining table for casual meals and modern, fitted units as well as two more glass doors leading into the garden. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster and coffee machine.
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and a cozy sofa bed double on the corner of the living room area, and 1 bedroom on the lower ground floor.
The garden has stunning lake views and a dining table under a large parasol, for al fresco meals. There are many sun loungers for guests to relax and to the side of the house, there is a shaded area with olive trees and a hammock for some daytime napping.

The apartment is in a quiet, residential part of the village of Tremezzo, just a 10-minute walk from the shores of Lake Como. On the western hillside of the lake, the property offers stunning views across the roof of the Villa Sola Cabiatti, over Lake Como, and to the mountains beyond.
There are many beautiful villas and gardens to visit, no more than a 30-minute walk away, including the famous Villa Carlotta and the Parco Civico Teresio Olivelli. You can swim in the lake from the Parco Civico Teresio Olivelli. Guests can take a ferry from Tremezzo (a 15-minute walk) to Bellagio or Varenna and spend a day in these famously beautiful towns.
For guests who are looking for more excitement, there is Lake Como Adventures (a 10-minute drive), for a wide range of activities including climbing, canyoning, hiking and skiing in the winter months.
If the delicious local restaurants and trattorie inspire you to try your hand in the kitchen, the local Tremezzino farmers market (a 15-minute walk) takes place every Thursday morning. Here you will find an abundance of local fresh fruit and vegetables, cold cuts and artisanal cheeses. There are local markets in towns along the lake nearly every day, and the nearest grocery store is a 12-minute walk.
Milan’s international Linate airport is a 1-hour 25-minute drive from the apartment and Milan Malpensa airport is 1 hour and 20 minutes away.
