Set in a sprawling 2-hectare estate, this 3-bedroom holiday retreat has been beautifully restored and offers the perfect combination of vibrant greenery, glorious sunshine and enveloping peace to provide a one-of-a-kind stay in an authentic Italian setting. This typical Tuscan-style stone house has a private pool area, which is lined by the soothing shadow of Olive groves and accompanied by comfy sunbeds to enjoy a siesta before or after a dip in the pool. This area also has lovely open-air dining under a gazebo, where guests can indulge in meals and barbecued delicacies along with memorable Chianti sunsets. There is another terrace, right at the entrance of the property, which makes for a lovely spot to open up the famous Chianti wine and say cheers to good times.
The whole property is divided into the main building and a dependence connected to it. In the main two-level building, guests will find a large living area on the ground floor and a sleeping area on the first floor. The living room is a particularly warm family space centred around a big, traditional fireplace and featuring ample seating, dining for 6, SAT-TV, exposed beam ceiling and terracotta floors. The kitchen of the rental is also fully equipped to whip up big family meals, for which there is a dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, fridge and 4 electric plates.
In the dependence, guests will find another smaller, cosier living room with direct access to the private garden and furnished with sofas and ambient lamps. And thanks to the property’s private atmosphere, the rental is ideal for a romantic getaway with your loved one as well!

The house is accessed by an unpaved road stretching about 2 kilometres. The last 500 metres are particularly unsuitable for very low ground clearance or a sports car.
One side of the house is attached to another dwelling with a completely independent and separate entrance, but almost never inhabited.

The holiday house is located just a 10-minute drive from Greve in Chianti, where guests will find all essential amenities — from fine dining restaurants to supermarkets — for a carefree self-catered stay. The unmissable Chianti wine tours and tasting are also close, with the nearest winery Montecalvi only a 4-minutes drive away.
Though the holiday rental is a full holiday destination in itself yet its convenient distance from famous tourist attractions and cities like Florence makes it a peaceful sanctuary to spend your holidays and at the same time to explore beautiful Tuscany. In Florence, must-visit historic jewels are the Duomo, Ponte Vecchia, the renaissance gardens of Boboli, Uffizi Gallery and more! The nearest airport is also in Florence, approximately a 40-minute drive from this holiday rental in Chianti Clasico.
