Whether traveling with friends or family, the two-bedroom duplex apartment promises a stay experience that will be cherished for a long time. Thanks to the splendid spread of greenery all around the house, it is always pleasant within the premises. There is a children’s play area to enjoy with little ones. Adults, on the other hand, can take a dip in the communal swimming pool under the clear blue sky. The well-pruned hedge fencing around the pool is just one of the many examples of how well maintained the entire garden is. Guests share access to these green spaces around the building with other guests in the adjoining buildings.
There is a loggia attached to the living room where guests can dine while soaking in the panoramic view of the landscape. There is also another private terrace with a BBQ and a dining setup for the exclusive use of the guests.
The open-plan living room is suitably equipped for a delightful stay and has two outlets for easy airflow. Guests can lounge on the double sofa bed, watch TV and admire the lake view. The kitchen is only a few steps from the living room, where there is a dining table for 4 people. Guests can easily prepare homemade meals as it is equipped with a coffee machine, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a cooker hob, an electric kettle and a freezer.
Sleeping
Bedroom 1: The double bedroom has a pleasing view of the landscape from its balcony. It is furnished with a double bed, an armchair and a display unit.
Bedroom 2: The well-ventilated room with a lively ambiance has two single beds.
Extra: Two guests can sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room.

Bathroom 1: The modern bathroom has a bath, a shower and a WC.
Bathroom 2: The bathroom with a window to the outdoors has a bath with a shower, a bidet and a WC.

Extra charges
A town tax is to be paid on the spot at € 1/Person/Day for the first 15 days, with an exemption for guests below the age of 16. If necessary, gas for heating in wintertime or when necessary because of climate, must be paid on the spot at € 2,00/mc. Guests also have to make a refundable security deposit of € 200 in cash, upon arrival at the time of check-in.
Please also note that check-in time is from 16.00-20.00 and check-out time is from 08.00-10.00. Any other check-in/out time has to be previously agreed upon.
Location
The charming holiday apartment on the hillside with gorgeous views of the lake is just the kind of apartment one needs for a relaxing holiday on Lake Como. The locality is blessed with a peaceful environment surrounded by a green landscape on all sides. There is a Pizzeria at about 800 meters. For more restaurants and shops, it is best to visit the lakefront which is about 4-5 minutes’ drive from the apartment. Guests can shop for groceries and other essential items at the supermarket which is hardly 6-7 minutes by car. The lake is only 6 minutes’ car ride from the holiday apartment. An evening walk along the lakefront with its illuminated fountains is especially recommended.
The stunning landscape of Colico where the apartment is located is dominated by Mount Legnone. The town is a world-class destination for its natural attractions, man-made forts and water sports. The weather and wind are best for enjoying kitesurfing, sailing and windsurfing. For outdoorsy types, mountain biking, tennis, horse riding and golfing present a wonderful opportunity to stay fit and active. Another place of interest is Piona Abbey which is about 17-minutes’ drive from the holiday apartment. It offers one of the best panoramic views of Northern Lake Como can be enjoyed in the peaceful atmosphere of the monastery.
Guests can also enjoy numerous cafes, pubs, local cuisine and good wine at this gem of a place. The nearest airport is about 78 kilometers away.
