The kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a coffee machine. The dining table seats 6 and enjoys wonderful views over Lake Garda.
Double doors at the back of the entrance hall open out to a private terrace and an outdoor dining area, with a BBQ and table football. Inside, a stone staircase leads up to the first floor and the breathtaking drawing room which has panoramic lake views. The room has an elaborately carved wooden ceiling and the original stone fireplace. It is tastefully decorated with 2 sofas and a grand piano.
The villa’s garden has been created with as much love and care as the interiors. The immaculate lawn looks out over the lake. Guests can relax on sun loungers or other seating options.
Sleeping
Bedroom 1: The spectacular master bedroom is on the ground floor, looking out over the lake. Like the drawing room, it has a beautiful, beamed ceiling and also a large stone fireplace. The room has a contemporary double bed, a flat-screen TV and a comfortable seating area, with a sofa and armchairs.
Bedroom 2: On the first floor, this bright second bedroom has wonderful lake views. It also has a stunning, carved ceiling and some elegant antique furniture. There is a double bed and two armchairs.
Bedrooms 3 & 4: These charming, airy smaller rooms both look out over the lake. Each has a single bed and stylish antique furniture, including drawers and a wardrobe.

The villa has 2 spacious bathrooms, with uniquely stylish finishes. Both of these have showers, basins, WC and bidet.
There is a 3rd bathroom which also has a shower, basin, bidet and WC.

Location
The villa is just a short walk along the lakefront (or a 5-minute drive) from the lovely town of Malcesine, which is dominated by Castello Scagligero, built in the 14th Century. The town has several excellent restaurants and cafés, many with lake views. For self-catering, there is a supermarket in the town (5-minute drive). Alternatively, the Saturday market (8am to 1pm) offers the freshest local produce as well as fashion and accessories.
From the Porticciolo di Malcesine (10 minute walk) you can take a ferry to the towns of Limone and Riva and enjoy a day out on the lake. For something more active, take the cable car from up to Monte Baldo (5 minute drive), which offers some scenic hiking routes, with stunning views over the lake and the mountains. The nearest international airport is Valerio Catullo, Verona, a 1 hour, 10-minute drive.
