A picture-perfect mountain chalet on the hillside south of Chamonix. This wooden chalet enjoys unspoilt views of the mountains and forests. It makes an idyllic retreat for 2 people throughout the year.
The chalet is up a short flight of steps and consists of an open-plan ground floor. The room is lined in wood with a cosy alpine feel. There is a dining table which is separated from the kitchen with traditional wooden shelves. The kitchen, with a hatch into the dining area, is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, fridge and coffee machine. Outside is a balcony with a table and 2 chairs where guests can relax and take in the stunning alpine landscape.

The bedroom is adjacent to the living area. It has a carved wooden double bed and a wardrobe.

The bathroom has a full bath with a hand-held shower head, basin and WC

Location
The chalet is in a green, quiet location near the village of Les Bosson, 5 minutes south of Chamonix. All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep. For self-catering Chamonix’s weekly farmers market (Saturday mornings) in Place du Mont-Blanc (7 minutes) is an excellent place to pick up the best local ingredients.
During the summer months, there are stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking within easy reach of the apartment, plus white-water rafting, golf, rock climbing at Les Gaillands Rock Climbing Centre (5 minutes), paragliding and horse riding.
In the winter Chamonix is home to some of the best skiing and snowboarding in the Alps. The higher slopes can offer skiing right into May. The resort has a lively après-ski scene with good bars, cafés and restaurants to suit all budgets.
Geneva airport is a 1 hour and 5 minute drive from the chalet.
