Perfect for dinner parties, the French doors lead directly out to an alfresco lake view covered terrace with access beyond to the sunny private garden which boasts a private outdoor swimming pool overlooking Bellagio. A modern cloakroom WC is also conveniently situated to the first floor of the villa and a staircase leads to the two principal bedroom suites located to the spacious second floor. These two luxury bedroom suites both enjoy plenty of light, space and comfort with a stylish double bedroom with luxury en-suite shower room and a private lake view terrace to each.
